This is a warning to anyone who may have Verizon phone service and goes to the gateway store for help/problems...


If a lady named Deborah comes to help you RUNNNNNNN! She knows as much as my three year old nephew does about phones.


yup thats my only advice... if i say anything more you might think I'm awful. Please please please just take this little piece of advice, and don't ever forget it! p.s. did I mention we were there for an hour, and not one thing was accomplished... well other than the fact I taught her what a cell phone actually is, and how to use it?!
