better-than-almost-anything cake

Best cake ever. Trust me. You're talking to two chocolate cake haters here and we are both obsessed!

1 chocolate cake mix (I like German chocolate)
Make and cook cake just as directed on box. 13x9 inch pan. Let cool 15 min after baking.
Poke holes every 1/2 inch of cake.
Pour 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condense milk over cake and let it absorb all the way.
Then drizzle 1 jar (16-17oz) of caramel topping over cake.
Refrigerate for 2 hours(I find an hour is fine)
Then spread 1 container (8oz) of cool whip on cake.
Sprinkle 1 (8oz) bag of heath or score bits on top.
Store in fridge.
Devour whole cake mmmm.
