HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my husband & best friend! He continues to amaze me every single day! Baby & I are so lucky to call him ours!! To continue the birthday tradition here are 24 reasons he's absolutely the BEST! 

1. He makes me laugh, and always knows how to make me smile!

2. He's so honest & has a guilty conscience that I absolutely love. 

3. He loves the gospel & has the strongest testimony.

4. He is so friendly & is the best friend anyone could ask for. 

5. He ALWAYS finds the positive in every situation. 

6. Rarely is he ever in a bad mood.

7. I've never met anyone who puts more effort & work into everything he does.

8. He treats me with so much respect & is constantly serving myself and others.

9. He has the best heart & never has bad things to say about anyone.

10. He's athletic & always tries to better himself. 

11. He makes me feel loved & special!

12. He never boasts about himself and would rather not be the center of attention. 

13. He is SO adorable with kids that I can hardly wait to see him with ours. He'll be the best dad! 

14. He is very good at communicating. 

15. He's a total babe! Let's pray our kids get his looks.

16. He is so handy & will figure anything out! 

17. He gives the best advice, and isn't a worry wort like myself. 

18. He loves to try new things & is always helping me be adventurous. 

19. He plays with my hair until I fall asleep. 

20. He always makes time for me & I know will continue to do so as our family grows. 

21. He had great style & I never have to "help" him as some wives do. 

22. He's selfless & will put anyone before himself. 

23. He always notices things I do & is quick to tell you how grateful he is. 

24. He's pretty dang close to being perfect!

I still have no idea how I tricked him into marrying me! I love him more and more each day! Can't wait to grow old with you sweetheart! Thanks for ALL you are! Never change!!

Every time I sit down to write about my mom I can't quite put into words how amazing she is. If you know her, or even just met her once you know what I mean! Words don't do the lady justice!! So here goes an attempt to tell you how lucky we are...

When my parents first got married my dad was finishing school and starting a career. Which meant late nights and not much time to help with us kids during the day! My dad worked SO hard to provide for our family and we are definitely very grateful! My cute parents wanted children quickly. By age 20 my mom had my brother Cody, she then continued to have another baby almost every 2 years. She had EIGHT kids in 15 years... If that doesn't tell you how amazing she is already, keep listening. EVERY last one of us were Colic babies, we cried all day & night long. Practically everything we ate was homemade. She would make & sew the majority of our clothes just to save money! She has ALWAYS put everyone's needs before her own. We never stepped foot out of the house with out our matching outfits, hair PERFECTLY combed (hair bows for us girls were a must) and some Vaseline on our faces for good measure. Somehow she managed to keep a spotless house and always had time for fun! If you know my mother you know this is still the case! Rarely, if ever, will you see her house messy! She always is the first to drop anything she's doing to help someone else. She always volunteers to watch my nieces and nephews and has no problem having all of them at the same time! They always BEG for sleepovers at nani & papas! We tease her that she brainwashes the grandkids because they love their nani almost more than their own moms & dads! She has a way with babies & children, and they are all drawn to her. She is so hip and fun and always has new games, toys, ideas and crafts for anyone and everyone. There isn't one thing she doesn't know how to do! If you do happen to find something she isn't familiar with give her an hour to look and practice and she's a pro! She has always been so dedicated to her church callings, the temple, prayers & scripture study. Her testimony is the reason I have my own testimony! We always knew without any doubt her love for our Heavenly Father & Jesus Christ as well as her love for us & our Dad! She is the quickest to forgive, and never ever talks down to, or badly of others. She finds the good in everyone & everything. She constantly looks for ways to serve others. She keeps our yard in perfect condition at all times! As the years went on and money wasn't too tight she never ever splurged on herself and still doesn't to this day! She loves to find bargains and save money to help others! She has the cutest style and always looks so classy! She is SO beautiful & doesn't look a day past 30! She doesn't act a day past 30 either! She can do anything and everything she puts her mind to! 

I know there is more I'm missing but I could go on for days about this amazing lady!! I love you mom! I'm so grateful to call you my mom, but also my best friend!! We are truly the luckiest kids in all the world!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY LADY!!
